[dropcap]R[/dropcap]ickard Kaell, Sporting Director: “Testing produced positive results, despite the bad weather on the last weekend. I am happy because we were quick in all categories, both in the dry and in the wet: in KZ2, Lennox-Lamb was consistently one of the quickest; in the new OK category, Van Leeuwen ended the final day on top of the time sheet and the results in OKJ, with De Pauw and Collet were very encouraging. I am therefore confident about the start of the season.”
Jordon Lennox-Lamb, #4: “Having ended the 2015 season as a front-runner in the KF World Championships, I am very optimistic regarding our chances this year: I have bonded even more with the team and I have a lot of faith in them. Despite the time lost because of the weather, testing went well. The Junior drivers are in great shape, especially Collet: he was quick on track and is mature in terms of the feedback he provides in meetings. On top of that, in OK, Van Leeuwen ended up fastest on the final day, so overall it looks promising for this season.”
Martijn van Leeuwen, #215: "First and foremost, I am really very happy to be part of the Birel ART family, which is like a

second home to me. I feel more comfortable with the chassis and with the team every time I take to the track. The Adria test went very well. We were quick and tried lots of technical solutions and so expectations for my debut are good.”
Lucas Légeret, #216: “During the final days of testing, the technical package worked really well. I am pleased with the progress we made with the kart and also with the engine. And the speed was there too. I am very confident for the race weekend and I hope everything will go smoothly.”
Caio Collet, #330: “The test sessions went very well. They gave me a chance to get to know the chassis and engines better, as well as the whole team itself. In every session we tried different things aimed at improving performance and the feeling when driving. I’m very happy, also because we tested in all conditions and we were always quick. I am very confident about this weekend and I hope I can be a frontrunner for the whole season.”
Ulysse De Pauw, #331: “I’m very happy the season is finally going to start. After pre-season testing I am satisfied with the performance of the Birel ART/IAME package and I’m sure we’ll be able to achieve great things together.”
