The 2014 calendar of the Italian CSAI Karting Championship is here! The dates that all fans, Italians and non,  were waiting to know have finally received the Federation’s official seal of approval at the meeting that was just held in Rome.

There are no special surprises when it comes to race locations. As usual, the championship will hit Italy’s best and most renown circuits.
The virtual itinerary of the “Giro d’Italia” of karting will rise up the “boot” from south to north: the kick-off round will be at the end of May at the La Conca track and from there the action will move up to Sarno and then Siena. After the traditional August break, the program will resume in September in Ortona and then come to a close in Precenicco, in the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, on the weekend of October 3-5, 2014.
The featured categories will be the same as always: 60 Mini, KFJ, KF, KZ2, plus the Formula 60 ACI-CSAI for the youngest contenders, on identical Birel karts for all.
All championship rounds will limit free practice to Fridays, with the goal or reducing race costs for 201.
