PRESS RELEASE - TKART - Prema driver from Estonia starts first on the grid and wins the race.

Rome, 02/05/2015 – Ralf Aron conquers the first victory of the 2015 Championship, with an extremely high rhythm in Race 1, after having started from pole position. The driver from Estonia is followed closely by Cinese Guan Yu Zhou (Prema) in the first laps, but then manages to create distance from the second. Behind the Cinese is Joao Vieira (Antonelli Motorsport), who catches up and manages to gain second position. Fourth on the grid, Robert Shwartzman (Muecke Motorsport) reduces distance lap after lap from Guan Yu Zhou, and overtakes him in the last laps.

In the following positions an interesting battle is between David Alexander Beckmann (Muecke Motorsport) and Marcos Siebert (Jenzer Motorsport), who unfortunately has to retire because of a crash during the battle.Winner is Ralf Aron, with 5.4 seconds of advantage on Vieira, and also best lap time (1’34.941).

“I feel good, car was perfect, so thanks to the team. Now I want to win both races tomorrow and, of course, the Championship”, the comments of Ralf Aron just after the race. Vieira is also positive, but wants more:

“I have started well, but have not managed to overtake Zhou Yu immediately, since he was really fast entering the straight. When I finally managed to overtake him, Aron was too far, but I am satisfied with my rhythm.” Very positive Robert Shwartzman: “I have started a little behind on the grid, and have taken some time to reach my best lap times, but when I did so I started catching up from the first, so I am satisfied with third position”.
