With 3 heats still to be raced tomorrow morning (Sunday), Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart - Vortex) and Danny Kierle (Zanardi - Parilla) lead the unofficial provisional standings in the OK category, which will determine the start grid for the race that will decide who will take the title of world champion.

An odd couple, considering that Hiltbrand is the reigning world champion with enormous experience while Kierle is making his debut in the category although he is vastly experienced on the PFi circuit.

A terrible incident involving Tom Joyner (Zanardi - Parilla) which also gave the crowd that witnessed it a scare and saw the Englishman sent to hospital for observation. Despite the dramatic nature of the incident, it appears that the English driver will emerge without major injury.

2 retirements (broken chain and brake pads coming loose) meant that Lorenzo Travisanutto (Zanardi - Parilla) one of the fastest drivers was put out of the game in both of the these particular heats.
