Last 14 of December at the Autodromo di Franciacorta (Italy) the drivers who were competing this season in NasKart, had the opportunity to test as a prize of competing in that series, the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series cars.

During the test there has been as well a driver’s recruitment program which also looked to the NasKart competitors. In this case, the drivers selected were Moreno Di Silvestro, Alessio Bacci, Christian Castelli and Alessandro Brigatti.

The competitors had the opportunity to complete several runs under the Euro NASCAR, while Di Silvestro, the reigning champion of NasKart received the confirmation of winning a full season seat in ELITE 2 Division in 2019 and a Racers Motorsport car as a prize of his NasKart title.

Alessandro Brigatti along with the other drivers, had the opportunity to run under the Ford Mustang NASCAR car.

NasKart is the first European brand karting series that is run and supported by a main car series like NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. This allows drivers from 15 years old to had the opportunity to step up to such a big series that NASCAR is.

Gianmarco Ercoli and Onofrio Venetians members of NasKart staff showed his satisfaction to bring that American philosophy in karting world, proving that famous American dream which looks like Moreno di Silvestro achieved with the victory in NasKart.
