On the occasion of the second round of the WSK Super Master Series, the OTK Kart Group’s engines are present in the decisive races of the OK and OKJ categories in a good number, other than gaining once again the access to the final race in the MINI class.

OK - DST engines are not less than a quarter of the final starting grid of the single-speed karts’ master class and three are the Vortex engines entering the top 10. With Joseph Turney (Tony Kart Racing Team), Vortex also achieves a fast lap in the qualifying heats and comes very close to the podium in the final. Alfio Spina (Tony Kart Racing Team) and Tuukka Taponen (Tony Kart Racing Team) gain the 6th and 7th place respectively, with the Finnish driver getting a best lap and a victory in the heats which allows him to get the second place overall in the intermediate ranking. Sebastian Gravlund (Kosmic Racing Department) approaches the top ten. Continuing with the ranking, we also find Markus Kajak (Ward Racing) and Andreja Vibriantyte (Auteks Racing). Unlucky Callum Bradshaw (Tony Kart Racing Team) and Artem Severiukhin (Ward Racing), which both retired. The Ward Racing’s driver, in particular, chews bitterly for a faded top result, considering that he had finished the heats in first absolute position.

OKJ – The final line-up of the "middle" category sees 11 chassis equipped with our DJT engine, basically 1/3 of the participants in the most important race of the weekend. Alexander Gubenko, at his debut with the Tony Racing Team’s colours, obtains a concrete 7th position thanks to a comeback of not less than 6 positions compared to the starting grid. The Russian driver also obtains the second position after the heats, thus proving his competitiveness throughout the weekend. Gubenko is ahead of three other Vortex engines: those of Ean Eyckmans (Kosmic Racing Department), Maksimilian Popov (Ward Racing, the best after the heats) and Freddie Slater (Ward Racing), all in the top 10. Remarkable comeback for Harley Keeble (Tony Kart Racing Team): jumped from the back of the grid, he is the best climber of the day with 19 positions gained. The British driver finished 15th, behind his team-mate James Egozi who was 3rd after the heats. First Edgar Anpilogov (Ricky Flynn Motorsport) and then Jules Caranta (Exprit Racing Team) also crossed the finish line, while Maxim Rehm (Ricky Flynn Motorsport), Manuel Scognamiglio (Gamoto) and Oscar Wurz (Exprit Racing Team) are forced to leave the race early.

MINI - A win for Jimmy Helias (Tony Kart Racing Team) in the heats with the MCX engine which, together with other good performances in the remaining heats, allows him to reach the seventh position in view of the prefinals. Not so lucky is the result in the final due to some too many collisions with the rivals.
