The battle involved many, but not all. Max Fewtrell (FA Kart/Vortex) seemed to have something extra on his side: he started off in the lead and stayed there until the end. His is definitely a well-deserved victory. Behind him Lorenzo Travisanutto (PCR/TM) slices his way through havoc. English driver Daniel Ticktum (Zanardi/Parilla) rounds off the race podium. Mick Junior (Tony Kart/Vortex) took fourth place, recovering four spots from his starting position. Ricky Flynn's round 1 winner Ahmed Enaam (Fa Kart/Vortex) is only ninth due to a contact at the start that sent him spinning, yet the result is enogh to secure the overall points lead and win the WSK Champions Cup.
