Rome, December 28rd 2018 - DR Formula looks forward, preparing for next season's challenge. The squad led by Danilo Rossi is set to enter the new Formula Regional European Championship and confirms its participation in the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth, the series in which the team is fully involved since the inaugural edition in 2014.

Talking about the 2019 double commitment, DR Formula will unveil important news next January, particularly concerning the technical support and the drivers' line-up.

A lot of karting talents raced for DR Formula in the last years. The link between karting and single seaters is the “philosophy” of the team, historically a presence in the cadet category in which Rossi himself was a multiple World Champion.

The Formula Regional European Championship will consist of eight rounds. Six of them to be raced in the same weekends of the Italian F4 and three in other countries, at the Hungaroring, Red Bull Ring and Barcelona tracks, all in a high-level context. The Formula Regional European Championship aims to be a stepping stone to Formula 1 giving 25 points valid for the FIA Super Licence.
