[dropcap]I[/dropcap]t's no secret that Praga Kart, an IPKarting group brand, has always had very close links with the automobile scene.
In fact, the Praga brand was founded in the early 1900s (1907, to be precise) when the Czech company designed and manufactured its first road-going car..

However, current production of the Praga brand involves three GT racing car models in addition to an entire range of karts, with worldwide success.

The fledgling partnership between Praga Kart and the historic top open-wheel single-seater racing team, Cram Motorsport, should therefore come as no surprise. In fact, during the last round of the Italian F.4 Championship by Abarth at Monza, the two companies celebrated the beginning of a collaboration which aims to create a career path for team Praga drivers after kart racing.

F.4 is a natural step for the most promising, ambitious drivers after international karting. Indeed, drivers that compete officially for team Praga shall have direct and preferential access to single-seaters belonging to Cram Motorport, which has already allowed its vehicles to take part in the race at Monza in Praga livery.

Cram Motorsport, which will compete in the F.4 championship next season under the name Cram Praga in order to strengthen its ties with Praga Kart, stands out for having had the following calibre of drivers in its ranks during the course of its history: Felipe Massa, Augusto Farfus, Pastor Maldonado, Jaime Alguersuari, Enrique Bernoldi and Toni Kanaan, just to name a few.
