Disassembling the chain guard on a KZ kart can be a long and boring task. However, not if you use a quick release chain guard: to disassemble it, simply remove the two retaining clips and it can be slipped off in a second.

INCLINED SEAT BUSHINGS

The chassis and the seat bottom are at different angles: aligning them is no simple matter! Fortunately, there is a small, but ingenious accessory: the inclined bushing. It is fastened onto the chassis and inclined so that it adapts to the position of the seat. That’s all there is to it.
