The ROK Talent Award decide its winners also for this 2012 edition: they are Michal Grzyb and Federico Squaranti.

The two enrolled in the contest at the beginning of the year, performed well in the recent ROK International Final (report, results and photos on the November issue of TKart (number 11, out in newsstands in a few days), earning with merit their spot among the finalists for the ROK Talent Award: the day after the International Final, in Lonato (Brescia - Italy) they then stood out for their driving skills, relational abilities and psychological and physical condition. Who was to judge?  A qualified jury of experts consisting of team managers, professional drivers, and motorsport journalists, coordinated by the former World Champion Johnny Mislijevic and supervised by Giovanni Corona, president of Vortex (promoter of the ROK single-brand championship).
Michal Grzyb and Federico Squaranti, beating the competition of the other 7 finalists, have won the coveted prize that consists in the opportunity to take part to the European Championship and the World  Championship in 2013 as official Vortex drivers, respectively in the categories KF2 and KF3.
This was Corona’s comment: “The goal of the ROK Talent Award is to give young drivers an opportunity to grow. We know that it’s tough for everyone to face the first international, but we expect Grzyb and Squaranti to make good progress and acquire the working methodology of an official team.”
