We had already talked about IAME’s new plans for 2012 at the end of last year (CLICK HERE to read the news), but what was then hearsay is now fact: the Italian company has announced  that registration is now open for the brand new X30 Challenge Europa.*

Il The continental single-brand championship is promoted directly by IAME in collaboration with the Karting Club du Pays d’Olmes-Mirepoix (and supported by KOMET Racing Tyres, Wladoil and Freem) and will develop over three rounds across Europe (see schedule below). Participation is open to drivers with X30 engines, IAME’s most sold model world-wide, who will challenge each other in 4 categories: X30 Junior, X30 Senior, X30 Master and X30 Shifter. Each category will have its champion, who will take home an X30 (or X30 Shifter) propeller and other rich prizes.
