At the Adria International Raceway, the Newman Motorsport team is confirmed as a great protagonist with the Tony Kart - X30 Junior material entrusted to Matteo Luvisi in the second round of the IAME Series Italy Championship.
The young Tuscan driver from Lucca, born in 2006, stood out again. With an entry list consisting of 42 drivers, Matteo Luvisi conquered the third fastest time on the Saturday (seventh overall) in the qualifying test thanks to an excellent 50,935 at only 274 thousandths of the best time.
Thanks to the sixth and seventh place conquered in the two qualifying heats, Matteo earned entry into the Final, ending the weekend with thirteenth place and gaining a further six points in the standings, as well as scoring important timekeeping results.
“Once again Matteo confirmed to be a fast and consistent driver, confirming himself in the top positions of the classification. He lacks only a pinch of experience in managing the race to make the job better, but he is on the right path to conquering those results that are due to him "comments team manager Andrea Pedrini.
The team from Cesena and Matteo Luvisi will be back on track already next weekend (1-2 August) on the occasion of the third round of the championship on the international circuit of Siena. At the same time the team will also be protagonist in Spain, on the Zuera circuit, with Flavio Olivieri, in the inaugural appointment of the CIK FIA European Championship, with the material "OKJ"
