[dropcap]P[/dropcap]arolin Racing Kart presents its Racing Team with Lorenzo Camplese and the official support of TM Racing in the KZ class. The recruitment of Alexander Levratti, the new team manager, is further news on this front.
The goal is also to take part in Rotax and X30 competitions, while no programme has yet been announced for the OKJ and OK classes.

Rental
The flagship model is and remains the XT40, with a low weight of about 155 kg for the basic. However, this kart can be enhanced with options, including adjustable second level pedals, a rollbar with belts and weights housing.
This vehicle has one of the most solid kart structures around, with 40 mm tubes completely welded by robots.
The seat and pedals are adjustable using a manual control, and they slide very easily. The stroke is 10 cm for the seat and 15 cm for the pedals. The rear disc brake is ventilated while, with the aim of keeping the weight as low as possible, the fairing is a single unit, with only 4 hooks on the frame (for quick release) and a total weight of 12 kg.

Electric Rental
In regard to electric rental karts, Parolin has the same main components as the XT40 in the model currently on sale (but with a double brake at the rear).
The engine has an integrated internal battery charger, which recharges the kart simply using an extension cord which can be plugged in to any wall socket. The engine power is 20 kW, which can be adjusted remotely on 4 levels.
The differential is the other component that is vital for an electric Kart: for weight reasons and with the aim of improving the ease and pleasure of driving, electric karts fitted with a gear also give the advantage, which is in any case an important benefit, of reducing wear on the tyres.
The power lasts for 1 hour thanks to the KERS type system that recharges the batteries during braking. A full recharge of the batteries, however, takes about an hour. The two battery packs (the right pack has integrated electronics), are located on either side of the driving position.

Protezioni X Safety
The Italian manufacturer calls it a "smart system": launched five years ago, it is adjustable in length and height. It can be fastened to the ground or strapped on. It must not be filled and it is ideal for the realisation of temporary tracks. It is available in several colours: white, black, red, yellow and green.
