During races, the paddock can be compared to a small country town: everyone knows each other, it's impossible not to stop and have a chat with someone and, more importantly, even the most trivial item of "gossip", whether truthful or not, spreads like wildfire. Because every time we ask about him we receive a different comment: on the one hand, there are those who paint him as a fine discoverer of English talent (such as Ben Hanley and Pippa Mann) and a skilful engine tuner (who worked for Comer, Vortex and CRG). On the other hand, however, there are those who tell of his past in the record industry. And there is also someone who, on the other hand, describes him as a skilled performer... We started looking for him, but we immediately understood that the web wouldn't be much help: in search engines, "Don Parker" gives a long list of pages that don't offer a shred of information about him. However, some clues emerge: a presentation on the website of an agency that conducts research on issues concerning young people and children, in which Parker highlights his past in the record industry, but no mention of his past in karting . Then we come across his LinkedIn profile, where we find a small bio. It is here that Don's main achievements in motorsport are told.
