Removable stabilizer bars can be attached to the kart chassis very easily, but not everyone knows how they work and what they are really used for (to learn more, read "Technique | Removable Bars"). They are also commonly referred to as torsion bars, but they actually work mostly by bending and are not used to reduce roll, but to stiffen the chassis. To resolve the doubts that often circulate among enthusiasts, we asked Cash Van Belle, Team Manager IPKarting, and Dario Galipò, Team Manager Novalux Racing Technologies, to answer seven questions, the ones that you have surely asked yourself at least once during your karting days.
