Well done!
Wrong!
Certainly when choosing the right settings, several factors must be considered. However, we can that generally the time it takes to engage the rev limiter do not cause a loss of time equal to what you would have if the engine was under-torque at the exiting of each turn.

The air deflector can be mounted on the radiator in any weather conditions. Its function, in fact, is twofold: on the one hand it is essential for proper cooling of the engine as it serves to deflect the flow of hot air through the radiator and, on the other hand, it is also useful as protection against debris from tires sticking onto the radiator surface.
