Over 260 drivers in Sarno for the fourth round of the ACI Karting Italian Championship
25 August 2022

At the weekend of August 28, the International Circuit Napoli of Sarno will host the race valid also for the single-round championship of the two categories OK and OKJ: 27 drivers will contest OK and 44 OKJ. The participation in KZ2, MINI Gr3, 60 Minikart, X30 Junior and X30 Senior is good too.

The fourth round of the ACI Karting Italian Championship is about to start in Sarno and figures are great also on this occasion after the three rounds held in Franciacorta (335 drivers), Ugento (246) and Castelletto (308). At the weekend of August 28, a total of 260 drivers will gather at the International Circuit Napoli to contest categories KZ2, MINI Gr.3, 60 Minikart, X30 Junior, X30 Senior, OK and OKJ. The latter two will in fact run the single round reserved to these international categories.

Good numbers in OK and OKJ.
OK and OKJ had the chance to start clocking up some mileage on Wednesday, August 24, and will feature good numbers: the provisional entry list includes 27 drivers in OK and 44 in OKJ. This is also due to the tyres’ allocation in the two categories: MG for OK and Vega for OK Junior, which is the same choice made by the two international categories in the FIA Karting World Championship that will take place in Sarno next September 18.

Significant participation in the other categories too.
The participation is very good also in the other categories present in Sarno. The provisional entry list contains 65 drivers in MINI Gr.3, 30 in 60 Minikart, about 30 in KZ2, 40 in X30 Junior and 25 in X30 Senior.
