Next weekend the Karting Expo is going to take place for the first time in Italy. In the Adria Raceway area, manufacturers from all over the world are going to present their new products, among them the German engine manufacturer Rexon Motors. The manufacturer developed two new engines for the classes OK junior and OK for the upcoming homologation phase.
Since 2016, the new OK-engine concept has been starting at national and international races and experienced a real boom. Last year, the European and World Championship saw considerable rises in the numbers of participants and the fields of the national championships were also partially filled-up to the last place.
From the very start, the German engine manufacturer Rexon Motors has been a part of this and homologated its engines named Prima Ballerina for the new 2019 season again. The visitors of the first Karting Expo on the Adria Raceway in Italy are going to be able to look at the new models next weekend.
“We’re excited to be a part of the premiere of the new kart fair. The Adria Raceway provides great surroundings for a fair like this. At the same time, the visitors can test the chassis and engines on the track and drive a couple of laps on the indoor kart track. Karl-Heinz Hahn has done a great job again with the new Rexon engine. The results of the first tests are promising. We’re looking forward to 2019”, Daniel Meier of kart team Meier sums up. The renowned kart dealer from Switzerland is going to be responsible for the worldwide distribution of Rexon engines from now on.
The Karting Expo is going to open at 9am on both days and is going to stay open until 6pm on Saturday. On Sunday, the fair is already going to close at 5pm. More information regarding the first Karting Expo in Adria can be viewed at www.adriaraceway.com.
