PRESS RELEASE - TKART - Ricciardo Kart Racing is gearing up for its premiere run in the CIK-FIA KFJ European Championship, which is ready to kick off at the Algarve International Kart Track in Portimão, Portugal on May 7-10.

Daniel Ricciardo ’s factory team will be represented on track by Swedish driver Rasmus Lindh. After conquering the first KFJ podium for the team in the WSK Super Master Series, last week Rasums headed to Portimão , for two days of testing that allowed him to learn the track layout, work on his set mandatory LeCont tires.

Rasmus Lindh, #206: “We worked hard in the Portimão tests and I think we have the potential to keep a steady pace and get solid results the whole way through. Of course, the ultimate goal is to make the podium in Sunday’s Final."

Gianluca Beggio, General Manager: “The tests we held at the Algarve circuit last  week were crucial. They allowed the team to work in the right direction, so they will be heading to Thursday’s free practice with a good working set-up.
They also gave Lindh a great chance to warm up and familiarize with the Portuguese track.”
