During the final day of the ROK Cup Superfinal 2024, even before the start of the Mini ROK U10 category final, a special award was given to a special driver.

ROK Cup and OTK Kart Group wanted to dedicate a trophy to the memory of Emilio Petrone, a member of the OTK Board of Directors, who recently passed away.

Petrone, known for his brilliant managerial career in prestigious companies such as Mattel, Mooney, Sisal, and Pagani Automobili, was also a passionate driver who recognized the fundamental role of karting in the development of new motorsport talents.

For this reason, the trophy dedicated to Emilio Petrone was awarded to the youngest participant in the ROK Cup Superfinal 2024: Anna Makolm, an 8-year-old Austrian driver. This recognition rewards Anna's early talent and highlights the importance of karting in promoting young people within motorsport.
