The legendary Italian engine factory, multiple-title winner in karting as well as in motocross, enduro and supermoto, is broadening the scope of its “two wheel” production.
TM in fact just unveiled two bicycles with its initials at the 71st edition of the EICMA (the International Bicycle and Motorcycle Expo) in Milan: the GA 8.2 R road model and the Mistery 27.5 mountain bike. The second of the two is produced in collaboration with CAAM Corse (the prestigious made-in-Italy brand of two-wheel vehicles that is also official sponsor for two professional women’s road cycling teams) and will join the “vehicle fleet” of the TM Racing team for Alex Zanotti’s trip to the 2014 Dakar, destined for use in and around the paddock. With this innovative move, TM is stepping outside of its field of expertiese , but – as declared at the official presentation of the new bikes – the ultimate goal was to have two esteemed and very Italian companies work together to contribute to Italy’s tradition of excellence in the sector of two and four wheel sports.
