The official engagements continue for our Racing Team, already present on the Circuito Internazionale Napoli where our drivers of the MINI, OKJ, OK and KZ2 categories will be back on track to challenge each other during the first round of the WSK Euro Series.
After the great return on the track in Adria, marking the end of the WSK Super Master Series and the wonderful victory of Puhakka, the Tony Kart racing Team is now focused on the next race, scheduled this weekend, from 9thto 12thof July. The Circuito Internazionale Napoli will host the first round of the WSK Euro Series, a championship made up of three rounds, with the latest two scheduled in September, both at the South Garda Karting. The categories on track will be 4 once again and everything suggests that this will really be an interesting challenge for the whole team. This is actually the first race of the season on the circuit in Sarno, stage of lots of victories for the Tony Kart – Vortex duo.
The confidence in our karts is reinforced also by the great success achieved recently. In Sarno as well, our KZ2 standard bearer will be the new winner of the Super Master Series Simo Puhakka, who, on this circuit, gained a wonderful victory last year.
Concerning the OK class, our line-up will consist in Joseph Turney and Lorenzo Travisanutto, both authors of an excellent season start, with two victories for Turney and proving to be able to exploit at best the strong points of the Tony Kart Racer 401 R powered by Vortex. With them, we are confident we will be able to take part in another championship fighting for the top pf the rating.
In the Euro Series we will be present in the OKJ category too where we will line up 7 drivers, such as Karol Pasiewicz, author of a high-level return on track in the double round in Adria, where he reached the second position in the general rating. Great deal of progress also for his teammates Aiden Neate, Harley Keeble, Maxim Rehm, joining our team from this year and authors of a good growth path so far. AlsoTuukka Taponenstarted his path in our team in the right way and he will be able to take advantage of this occasion to achieve the high level of his teammates; this time also Bruno Del Pino will join our team.
In Sarno, our team in the MINI category will be finally complete withJames Egozi, Jimmy Helias, Kai Sorensen, Andres Cardenas andJules Caranta trying to male their way in the line-up at the wheel of their Rookie 2020.
