In the last round of the WSK Final Cup in Cremona, the Tony Kart Racer 401 RR finishes the OKJ final in second place, with Ilie Tristan Crisan. Third position, instead, for the Tony Kart Rookie in the MINI Gr.3 U10.

The curtain officially falls on Tony Kart Racing Team's 2024 season in Cremona, venue of the second and last round of the WSK Final Cup. On the Italian circuit, our Tony Kart Racer 401 RR - already in the 2025 livery - climbs on the second step of the podium in OKJ, powered by the Vortex VTJ, and takes part in the OK category races, paired with the VTS unit of the OTK Kart Group's ‘engine division’. In the same way as the Tony Kart Rookie who, paired with the Vortex VTM engine, secures a top-3 position in the MINI Gr.3 U10.

In OKJ class, after constantly occupying the top positions throughout the weekend, Ilie Tristan Crisan takes the place of honour in the final. The Canadian driver, sixth fastest in Group 2 of the qualifyings, confirms his place among the top ten drivers in Saturday's intermediate classification. With the third place confirmed in A pre-final, Crisan is soon the protagonist of the final race on Sunday afternoon: having started from the fourth row, after a few corners he takes the lead and holds it firmly until three laps to go. The second final place confirms the growth carried out by our bearer during the season, his first in the ‘Junior’ category. Augustus Toniolo also appears at the starting line of the final, showing off in the B prefinal with a comeback of eight positions and a place very close to the top-5. Cole Denholm, between qualifying and final, recovers 16 positions in the standings and aims at a top-10 finish in the final; unfortunately, a collision with another driver at the second bend sends the British driver into a spin, but he is still able to restart and finish the race. Oliver Sini's apprenticeship continues, however, in his second appearance in OKJ.

In the MINI Gr.3 U10, Jean Poujol is once again one of the main protagonists of the category at the Cremona circuit. The French driver sets the second best time in Group 1 of the qualifying session and finishes second in the A prefinal on Sunday morning. The final - which ends with a Tony Kart Rookie on the podium - sees Poujol fighting for the victory: Jean takes the lead of the race with two laps to go, but, unfortunately, the tussle in the last laps prevents our young driver from bringing home an important result. Through a series of better and better performances, Linghan Li gains 21 positions in the ranking considering both qualifying heats and final. Henri Möhring shows himself off in the chrono practices with the fifth place in his own group thus entering the final, also attended by his teammates Andrea Iannone and Tiberius Müller.

In OK class, at his second race in the category, Oliver Rasmussen leads our team in the qualifyings. Jindrich Pesl, on the other hand, is unfortunately forced to raise the white flag in the first laps of the final. After the fourth place in the previous round at Lonato del Garda, David Walther does not collect as much as hoped on the eve of the Cremona race. Also attending the race weekend are Macauley Bishop, Thomas Pradier, Augustus Lawrence and Maria Germano Neto, always working strongly with our sports division throughout the event.
