On the occasion of the first round at the International Naples Circuit of Sarno, our RSZ/RTZ and DJT engines finished on the podium on the finals of the KZ2 and OKJ categories. A faded victory, however, in the OK class with the DST unit.

KZ2 – The shifter class weekend began with an encouraging second and fourth place for the RSZ/RTZ engine, by Tom Leuillet (Tony Kart Racing Team) and Noah Milell (Tony Kart Racing Team). On Sunday morning, Milell excels in the warm-up and comes close to the podium in the pre-final. But it is in the final that the reigning KZ world vice-champion emerges definitively: after the tussle of the first laps, the Swedish drivers moves up to second place and in that position finishes under the chequered flag, just a few tenths behind the race winner. Leuillet, making his debut with our engines, also shows to know how to get the best out of the Vortex RSZ/RTZ engines by signing the fastest laps of both pre-final and final.

OK - Six DST engines conquer the Top 10 in Friday's qualifying: a result that is confirmed by 4 victories, 6 further podiums and 4 fastest laps in the five qualifying heats scheduled. Thanks to his success in Prefinal A, Joseph Turney (Tony Kart Racing Team) gets pole position for Sunday afternoon's final, with two other drivers powered by Vortex engines in the first four positions of the grid. In the final, Turney immediately takes the lead and manages the race until a few laps from the end, when he starts fighting with two other rivals. The WSK Super Master Series champion crosses the finish line in second position, but receives a 5-second penalty for his front spoiler in the wrong position. Jimmy Helias (Ward Racing), on the other hand, takes the lowest step of the podium.
In total, five more DST engines hit the Top 10: Ean Eyckmans (EGP Racing Team), Maksimilian Popov (Koski Motorsport), Guillaume Bouzar (Koski Motorsport), James Egozi (Tony Kart Racing Team) and Turney. They are followed in the ranking by Jan Przyrowski (Tony Kart Racing Team), Oscar Pedersen (Ward Racing), Marcus Saeter (Ward Racing), Sebastiano Pavan (Tony Kart Racing Team) and David Walther (Koski Motorsport).

OKJ - A month after winning the world title, Enzo Tarnvanichkul (Tony Kart Racing Team) returns to Sarno and opens the weekend with a second place in the qualifying practices. The DJT engine also brings home 4 wins, 8 podiums and 3 fastest laps in the 10 eliminatory heats. At the end of the pre-finals, Alp Hasan Aksoy (Tony Kart Racing) takes the second row at the starting grid for the final.

At the end of the last race of the weekend, Alfie Slater (Ricky Flynn Motorsport) is the best classified driver with a Vortex engine, close to the Top 5, while Tarnvanichkul finishes inside the top ten despite a 5-second penalty for a front spoiler in an irregular position. Following Aksoy, Guy Elbag (Ricky Flynn Motorsport), Salim Hanna (Ricky Flynn Motorsport), Elliot Kaczynski (Ward Racing), Oleksandr Bondarev (Ricky Flynn Motorsport) and Oliver Kinnmark (Koski Motorsport).
