THE CHALLENGE IS ON FOR THE WSK SUPER MASTER SERIES.
Stopwatches had an intense working day today in Adria for the first competitive day of the WSK Super Master Series. As free practice have ended this morning, the 262 drivers present at the Adria Karting Raceway raised the bar testing the limits of their machinery since the beginning of qualifying, looking for the single lap performance. The presence success is also emphasized by the quality of the drivers, as a lot of strong racers will challenge each other and the very many rising stars on the Italian circuit.

THE RESULTS OF QUALIFYING.
Rain has made some qualifying sessions more tricky today. Under a changing weather, the Dutch driver Marijn Kremers (BirelArt-TM-Bridgestone) has been the quickest in OK, with a best laptime of 53”332s. Behind him, the Spanish driver Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG-TM), who led team mate Callum Bradshaw. The surprise of the day in OK Junior has been the Argentine Isidoro Vezzaro (Tony Kart-LKE-Vega), who completed his best loop in 1’01”038s. Behind him, the Dutch Dilano van T Hoff (Exprit-TM) was second, while the Estonian Paul Aron (FA Kart-Vortex) was third and kept his momentum after winning the WSK Champions Cup last Sunday. The French Tom Leuillet (Sodikart-TM-Bridgestone) is ready for the challenge in KZ2 and posted the quickest time in 52”085s, leading the Italians Riccardo Longhi (BirelArt-TM) and Paolo Ippolito (Lenzo-LKE). Category 60 Mini saw new drivers on top, as the Czech Igor Cepil went quickest in 56”306s. The second place went to the competitive Norwegian Martinius Stenshorne, who led the Polish Tymoteusz Kucharczyk in third (all on Parolin-TM).

QUALIFYING HEATS, THE FIRST DRIVERS TO THE FORE.
The preview of tomorrow’s program has been quite interesting. The first round of qualifying heats has confirmed some results seen in qualifying, but also some new drivers put their name forward for the final win. Among these, the Spaniard David Vidales (Tony Kart-Vortex), won his first heat in OK, pipping the German Hannes Janker (KR-Parilla), who went on winning the second heat. The first heat of OK Junior has seen Aron confirming his speed, while the victory of the second was clinched by the French Evann Mallet (Kosmic-Parilla). Stenshorne and Kucharczyk shared the glory in 60 Mini. KZ2 will start its qualifying heats tomorrow morning instead.

A total of 42 countries are represented in Adria, and the corresponding drivers are all set to fight for a place on the podium and for the best shots during the live action captured by the cameras of the live streaming on the WSK Promotion media channels.
