A new race day format has been defined and will consist of: warm up, qualifying practice, sprint race and final. The Sprint Race will provide for the assignment of points to the first three classified: three points to the first, two to the second and one to the third. Compared to 2021, the additional point will no longer be awarded for pole position in qualifying, while the attribution of the extra point will remain unchanged for those who score the fastest lap in the final. The system for determining the starting grid of the Final will remain unchanged by adding up the penalties accumulated in qualifying and in the sprint race.

The types of ACI SPORT racing licences that are need to participate in the Easykart categories have changed.

The age to participate in the Senior category has been lowered to 35 years;
The minimum weight of the chassis/rider of the 60 Academy class goes from 95 to 100 Kg;
It will be possible to equip the karts with the new MK20 fairings for the Easykart 60 Academy & Easykart 60 categories and with the KG 507 front fairing for the 100/125 categories;
Two new spark plug models can be used in the BMB category: NGK BR10 EIX, NGK BR09. In addition, the use of the KG MOD NITRO 23 suction filter approved by CIK FIA as well as the FREELINE B23R model will be allowed.

The fiches of the BMB EKL - 60cc and BMB EKA - 125cc engines have also been updated.
The chips of the other engines remain unchanged.
