The NEWMAN Motorsport Team is ready for the Superfinal of the Rok Cup, the world appointment that from 14 to 17 October will bring all the strongest drivers in the karting scene to the new plant in Franciacorta (BS).

Initially scheduled on the Lonato track, following the order of the Sporting Federal Judge, the meeting has been moved to the 1300 meters of the Franciacorta Karting Track, which will be able to host its first important international race.

Giacomo Pedrini will be defending the colors of the Cesena team directed by Andrea Pedrini with the Tony Kart material powered by Vortex with Bridgestone tires in the Junior Rok. Giacomo will make his debut in the Superfinal with the 125cc after taking part in the previous two editions in the Mini Rok. It will be a double debut, having never raced on the Castrezzato track.

“It will be a challenge in the challenge. We will be on the track without references, but in the last few races we have shown that we have good material available. For Giacomo it will be a very important opportunity for growth, having the opportunity to compete with the strongest riders from the 5 continents. Once again the level will be very high ”comments Andrea Pedrini.

Giacomo and the team come from a strong third place in Lonato, on his debut in Junior Rok, and second place in Adria in the Italian Championship. The long world weekend will kick off on Wednesday 14 October with the final stages scheduled for Saturday 17.
