Sodikart and the CPB Sport team have made the WSK Super Master Series one of their major objectives for the 2025 season, following on from the titles already won in this competition in 2017, 2019 and 2022. In the final race at Viterbo, the mission was accomplished with flying colours, as Senna Van Walstijn took the crown after a Championship in which the Dutchman showed extreme competitiveness in all conditions. The other important fact to highlight is the exceptional overall result, with eight drivers in the top 14 of the Final ranking out of more than 100 participants, demonstrating that the Sodikart chassis is capable of taking many drivers to the front at the highest international level.
With Mattéo Spirgel, Max Orlov, Timo Jungling, Jean Nomblot, Erik Holm, Tom Dussol, Dion Van Werven and of course Senna Van Walstijn, no less than eight drivers managed to reach the top five in one of the races held on the Viterbo circuit. These superb performances by the Sodi-TM teams confirmed the incredible season they have had throughout the WSK Super Master Series. The statistics speak for themselves when summing up the achievements of Sodikart and CPB Sport over the course of the five races:
- 5 podiums, including 1 victory
- 4 pole positions
- 6 pre-final wins
- 4 absolute meeting records
- 3 fastest laps in the finals
- Champion with Senna Van Walstijn
- P4 Max Orlov (final classification)
- P5 Jean Nomblot (final classification)
- 8 drivers in the top 14 (final standings)
While 2025 has got off to an extremely positive start for Sodikart, the French factory and the CPB Sport team are determined to continue their efforts to place their drivers in the best possible conditions at the Champions of the Future Shifter and of course at the major international FIA Karting events to come. Sodikart is determined to defend the European and World Championship titles it won last year!
Comments from team manager Paul Bizalion
‘I'm very proud of the work done by the whole team, the performance of the TM Kart engines, the talent of engine manufacturers Sani Compétition and Cédric Sport, and the determination and commitment of the drivers. These results are also the fruit of the quality of the equipment produced by Sodikart and we must congratulate all those who work at the factory to provide us with a high-performance chassis. It proved to be competitive, efficient and consistent, whatever the conditions: cold track, high grip, light rain, heavy rain... This last event was proof of that, with most of the races held on a dry track, before a Final that had to be run on slick tyres when the rain surprised the competitors in the very first laps! In this context, congratulations to Senna Van Walstijn who secured 2nd place to become the new WSK Super Master Series Champion, but also to the other drivers, as CPB Sport placed six drivers in the top eight!’
