Three titles for Tony Kart in the WSK Euro Series

At the end of the third round in Cremona, the Tony Kart Racer 401 T is crowned champion in the OK-N and OKJ categories, while the Tony Kart Rookie triumphs in the MINI Gr.3 final, thus winning the championship.

The WSK Euro Series 2026 edition ends on a high note for the Tony Kart Racing Team. At Cremona Karting circuit in San Martino del Lago (Italy), the Tony Kart Rookie claims the victory in the MINI Gr.3 final, also securing the category title, while the Tony Kart Racer 401 T is the new champion of the OK-N class. Our chassis, all powered by Vortex Engines – the ‘engine division’ of the OTK Kart Group – also show off in the OKJ-N and MINI Gr.3 U10 categories.

In the MINI Gr.3, Alfie Richard Mair immediately confirms to be one of the main title contenders, following his victory on the occasion of the first round at Viterbo and his second place in the second round at Lonato del Garda. The British driver sets the fastest time in Group 1 of the qualifyings (53.912 seconds) and finishes second in the combined standing, ahead of his teammate Zane Pace, who is third thanks to his second-place obtained in Group 2.

Our two drivers are the stars of the category throughout the weekend. Mair claims two victories in the qualifying heats and wins Pre-final A, securing the pole position for the final. Pace, meanwhile, gains one victory, two second-places and a fastest lap in the qualifying heats, as well as finishing Pre-final B in second place, thus gaining the second position on the starting grid for the weekend’s final race.

In the early stages of the final, Pace and Mair run in the top positions, with the Maltese driver at the lead from the second lap onwards and the British one in third place. However, Mair is sent off the track because of a collision with a rival – and subsequently penalised by the race stewards – losing several places. Despite this, Mair conquers the title finishing on 296 points. Pace, meanwhile, remains firmly at the lead of the race and crosses the line first, finishing third in the championship with 213 points.

David Johannes Aagten finishes behind Mair, narrowly missing out on the top 10 at the end of a weekend of steady improvement. Nahil Padovani Amador recovers six places in the final and finishes ahead of Alvaro Medeiros and Farel Beretta Dugat, all showing off strong performances in Cremona.

In OK-N, Andrea Giudice is fresh from victory at the previous round in Lonato del Garda, a result that sees him leader of the championship standings. The Italian driver sets the second-fastest time in Group 1 of the qualifyings, after which he secures two wins and a second place in the qualifying heats, while also setting two fastest laps. Next to these results there are the third place and the fastest lap in Pre-final B. In the final, Giudice stays close to the leading group throughout the race and, finishing just off the podium, is crowned champion of the category with 302 points.

The Tony Kart Racer 401 T also conquers the title in the OKJ class, finishing second in the final and once again confirming the high-performance standards of the OTK Kart Group chassis division’s best-seller.

In OKJ-N, Giuseppe Noviello stands out in the qualifyings – setting the second-fastest time in Group 2 – and in the subsequent qualifying heats, in which he secures a victory in the first heat; however, a stop in the third heat prevents the success of the Italian’s weekend. Victor Thomas Gorun, meanwhile, achieves a second-place finish as his best result in the qualifying heats.

Both our drivers take part in the final together with Can Gunfer Tuzuner, making his second appearance with our Racing Team following his debut in the third round of the ACI Italian Karting Championship. Linghan Li gains further experience in the category, working tirelessly with our staff throughout the weekend.

In the MINI Gr.3 U10 class, Romeo Ferrante stands out with some promising lap times and is in contention for a top-10 finish in the final. Unfortunately, the Brazilian driver is involved in a collision halfway through the race, forcing him to restart from the back of the group and subsequently retire. Aiden Duarte Munir Moreira grinds good kilometres ahead of the upcoming events of this season.

The Tony Kart Racing Team will be back on track at Kristianstad (Sweden) for the fourth round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series (22–25 July), reserved for the OK and OKJ categories, and will also be competing in the fourth round of the ACI Italian Karting Championship at Val Vibrata (24–26 July).
