The OK and OK Junior categories get back on track in Portimao where the FIA Karting World Championship is taking place in less than two weeks.
The appointments of the international calendar are back, and our Racing Team is ready to face the last round of the Champions of The Future series, in Portimao, Portugal. With over 180 registered drivers, this weekend races will be an excellent opportunity for our standard bearers to improve their tuning with the Tony Kart Racer 401 R powered by Vortex in view of the FIA Karting World Championship, starting next week.
This weekend, our line-up in OKJ will be made up of 7 drivers, including a new entry represented by the British Aaron Walker. We will then meet Alfio Spina again, winner of the WSK Euro Series just one month ago and with whom we aim at remaining at the top also in this final stage of the season. The same goes for our Harley Keeble and Tuukka Taponen as well, who gave us a lot of satisfaction in the European Championship, together with the Spaniard Bruno Del Pino, who will join our Racing Team again, Aiden Neate and Maxim Rehm, searching for a result reflecting their high potential.
In OK, where we will line up three drivers, Tony Kart colours will again be represented by Joseph Turney, fresh from a victory in his last official outing in the WSK Euro Series, while Pedro Hiltbrand will be back to the top direct-drive category after a long break due to an injury. Callum Bradshaw will join us in Portimao too and will be able to continue his growth in view of the World Championship.
The last round of the Champions of The Future will be available on the YouTube official channel, where the whole event will be broadcasted live starting from Qualifying until Finals on Sunday. On the official website, instead, you will find all results and the integral live timing of each session.
