Rob Smedley's team of specialised engineers at Total Karting are currently offering engine dyno analysis, servicing and development, to make sure your equipment is ready for the re-start of the 2020 season.
With possibly only one or two weeks of track time available before the first big race, there will be little or no opportunity or room for error with equipment so this is a good option to help you cover all bases. Added to this there are driver coaches on hand to offer virtual data analysis and driver coaching.
Total Karting are offering this to all Bambino (Comer or IAME) and all Cadet (IAME or Honda) owners with prices starting at £50 (Usually £80) for analysis and appraisal of your engine's performance.
Regarding driver tuition services, there are three products on offer:
1 - Previous Event analysis - Event timing report analysis of TQ session, Heats and Finals, using circuit sector split times as well as overall lap times, comparative to the front runners. We look at progression and variability.
2 - Analysis of customer provided Mychron 5 data - compiled into a report with recommendations and areas to focus on.
3 - 1-2-1 Tutorial (Via Zoom/Facetime etc) - 45 minute video conference with various modules of focus, chosen by the customer.
Modules include:
- Mychron 5 set up
- Intro to RS2 analysis software package
- How to get the most from your Mychron 5 and RS3 software set up
- Introduction to the data analysis package
- Explanation of the core data analysis techniques
- Basic data analysis techniques
- Intermediate data analysis techniques
- Expanded explanation of how to get more from your data
