  • Reno Francot wins his first race in the FIA Karting Academy Trophy. In the first round of Wackersdorf, the Dutch driver sprints in front of everyone when the traffic lights go out but battles with Salim Hanna, who is even able to take the lead for a few laps. Subsequently, Francot resumes the lead and never gives it up to the finish line.

  • Salim finishes second with 1.323 from Francot, more concentrated in the final on Dion Gowda: the driver from Singapore, who started ninth, ends with a margin of 0.464 from the Colombian and nevertheless hits the third position.

  • For Yevan David it is fatal on Sunday morning: first at the end of the qualifying heats on Saturday, the Sri Lankan driver does not participate in the last heat scheduled and thus loses a probable pole position for the final. From 11th position, David pushes his way and climbs up to fourth position.

  • Excellent comeback also for Darius Babaioana: +10 positions compared to the starting grid which, translated, become a fifth final position. Bart Harrison, on pole position in Friday's qualifying, drops from third to sixth position, as does Caleb Grafarar from fifth to seventh.

  • Oleksandr Bondarev and Leo Robinson finish in eighth and ninth position respectively and stand out with two impressive comebacks: the Ukrainian gains 17 positions in total with the fastest lap of the race, while the licensed driver from Algeria scores even +20 positions on the roadmap. The Sauber Karting Team driver Maciej Gladysz completes the Top 10 with tenth place, ahead of home driver Maximilian Schleimer, 11th, and Italian Riccardo Ianniello, 12th.

  • Sensational carom in the first lap of the race: six riders finish their race against the barriers of the marshals' pitch, fortunately without consequences. Among those involved are Tom Braeken (4th on the starting grid) and Oscar Wurz (7th).
