A ROPE

A rope is certainly the simplest and cheapest solution for aerobic training, as well as being easy to find. "Breathing" is certainly the most important element for training, because it allows good oxygenation of the muscles and makes them more performing. Skipping is also very useful for improving coordination and reflexes, which are essential when we are on the track. It is also a very versatile tool, because it can be used when you start training for warm-up exercises, or with longer sessions to focus more on the aerobic aspect.
