COMPASS BEAD BREAKER

To operate the device, it is necessary to push the lever downwards. Doing so will only break the bead on one side of the tire. It could happen that only a “segment” of the tire gets bead installed: if this is the case, it will be necessary to rotate the rim and the tire so as to reinstall the bead of the tire not yet completed. Once this has been done, the rim must be turned over and you need to repeat the same process on the other side, installing the bead of the tire, this ensures you will be able to properly mount the tire on the kart.

Strengths
- It is a fully foldaway tool and once closed, it takes up very little space.
- It is very light weight.
- It has the lowest cost of all other competitor’s options.

Weaknesses
- It forces you to perform the same operation several times to completely bead the tire. However, this process is really quick to complete.
