Gabriel Moretto and Zeynep Çukurova at the wheel of a Formula 4: The Italian BMB Challenge Champion and the “Ladies” representative star in the Varano prize test

14 December 2025

On Friday, November 28, at the Riccardo Paletti Circuit in Varano de’ Melegari (Parma), the prize test day in Formula 4 took place, reserved for the 2025 Easykart Trophy BMB Challenge Champion, Gabriel Moretto, and the BMB Challenge Ladies representative, Zeynep Çukurova.

With a value of over 5,000 euros, the prize was offered at the beginning of the season by Birel ART and Easykart, thanks to the support of FG Racing by Lorenzo Foschiani. In addition to a dedicated mechanic and a race engineer, both Moretto and Çukurova had at their disposal a Formula 4 car, the Tatuus T-014 project.

Upon arriving at the circuit, Gabriel and Zeynep had the opportunity to immediately adjust their seating positions and take part in an introductory briefing on the car and the track. This was followed by a track walk carried out aboard a road car driven by the engineer, who explained the correct racing lines and driving approach.

After the first session on wet tyres, carried out for safety reasons due to weather conditions and to allow a very cautious first approach to this new experience, both drivers were then able to push on slick tyres in four further 25-minute sessions. Track activity was alternated with telemetry and onboard data analysis, which remained available to the drivers at the end of the day.

A day of fun, but above all of passion, learning and detailed analysis aimed at gaining every hundredth of a second on track. A truly unique opportunity for our Easydrivers… and it has already been confirmed for next season as well!

Note on the T-014 car and the championship
The Tatuus T-014 was officially introduced in 2014 as the first FIA-homologated Formula 4 car, developed in accordance with the new global regulations of the category with the aim of creating a standardized and accessible junior single-seater series.

It features a carbon-fibre monocoque, a Fiat (FPT) 1.4-litre turbo engine producing 160 hp, and a 6-speed electro-actuated sequential gearbox (+ reverse). From a mechanical standpoint, it includes all the main adjustments typical of a high-level racing car. The T-014 has been adopted in numerous national F4 championships around the world, particularly in Italy, Germany and Spain.

Specifically, this car competes in the FX Series, in the FX Pro class, which is made up of seven rounds held at the main Italian circuits (Imola, Misano, Mugello, Vallelunga, Varano, Magione, and for the first time next year also Monza).

The championship follows the classic Formula 4 format with Free Practice 1 & 2, Qualifying, Race 1, Race 2, and sometimes also Race 3, depending on the weekend schedule.
