The SPARCO Group, a global leader company in motorsport and safety equipment, has received an important recognition as part of its strategic environmental sustainability path in terms of Diversity & Inclusion, aimed at promoting a culture of equity within the work environment.
A certification that confirms the ongoing commitment of the multinational company from Turin to promoting a work environment increasingly attentive to the spread of equal opportunities by conforming to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice.
Many initiatives highlight the company's orientation towards sustainable and innovative growth, starting with our keen focus on encouraging an inclusive work climate toward diversity - adopting a gender-neutral approach - with the aim of protecting and supporting the professional development of each person.
Obtaining the certification, issued by the RINA organization, was the result of the joint efforts of Sparco's Gender Equality Committee, composed of Flavia Zarba, Bianca Vincenzo, Ida Bellazzini and Paolo Torriglia. This certification represents an advancement in the strategic path aimed at the continuous improvement of corporate performance in the ESG (Environmental Social Governance) area, in which objectives related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined within the 2030 Agenda are also identified.
"We are proud to have achieved this recognition," said Flavia Zarba, General Legal Counsel of Sparco. “We believe that activities aimed at enhancing, on multiple levels, the attention on equal opportunities is directly expresses in a more inclusive work environment, becoming an innovative reference model for Diversity & Inclusion issues.”
“This certification confirms our commitment to supporting the professional growth path of all our employees,” said Bianca Vincenzo, Human Resources Manager at Sparco. “For us, fostering a culture of inclusiveness means promoting all talents, encouraging the development of the work skills of all our people in a work and social environment that welcomes diversity.”
