Starting from the pole position, the Swede dominates the final dedicated to shifter karts.

  • Viktor Gustaffson (Leclerc by Lennox Racing - Birel Art - TM Racing) immediately makes it clear, right from the Sunday morning’s pre-final, that the Champions Cup is and must be his race. In fact, the Swede administers and wins. A script that is repeated also in the final, a race in which he sprints perfectly and goes on to win, regardless of which opponent is placed, in rotation, behind him.

  • And behind Gustaffson, in the end, comes Adrien Renaudin (Sodikart - Sodikart - TM Racing). The Frenchman, already from the pole obtained on Friday, had shown that he could be one of the contenders for victory. A mistake at the start of the final makes him waste time and forces him to recover from sixth position overtaking after overtaking, up to the place of honor.

  • Not a bad start, but he has a slight uncertainty about the super start of the morning pre-final that wins, Francesco Celenta (Parolin Motorsport - Parolin - TM Racing), making his debut with the Parolin Racing Kart colors. At first, the Italian seems to be Gustafsson's closest competitor, closely following him. From mid-race on, however, his pace slows down and he is overtaken by some opponents until he finishes fourth, at the foot of the podium.

  • Third place, in his second race ever in KZ2, for Juho Valtanen (KR Motorsport - KR - TM Racing). The Finnish driver proves to be at ease even in the category with the gearbox and even manages to precede a certain Stan Pex (KR Motorsport - KR - TM Racing). The Dutchman finished the ninth race, after also being in third position in the first laps.

  • As always, absolutely consistent Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart Racing Team - Tony Kart - Vortex), the first of the non-motorized TM Racing. The Spaniard may take a while to pick up the right pace, starting from seventh position, but in the end he closes in fifth position stopping his best time about one tenth from the best lap of the race by Valtanen.

  • Sixth is Simo Puhakka (Tony Kart Racing Team - Tony Kart - Vortex), who recovers 6 positions from the starting grid and has to fight a lot to make room between his opponents. Martijn Van Leeuwen (Energy Corse - Energy - TM Racing), Arthur Carbonnel (CPB Sport - Sodikart - TM Racing), Dawid Liwinski (Renda Motorsport - Birel Art - TM Racing) and Stan Pex (KR Motorsport - KR - TM Racing) follow him.
