AKM Motorsport by Kart Republic was also born thanks to a close collaboration with Dino Chiesa's Kart Republic, a reference name in the category, of which it becomes in all respects a "junior team", based in Desenzano del Garda (near to the Lonato track), mainly dealing with the programs in the categories ranging from Mini to KZ, both in the Italian Championship and in the WSK, to integrate the commitment of KR. Thomas Mardaga is in charge of the technical part, already particularly appreciated for his commitment, while the activity will initially be concentrated on Mini, OKN and OKN Junior in the Italian championships, with some appearances in the WSK series.

Andrea Kimi Antonelli will carry out the role of coach, when free from concomitants, also dealing with the development of the OKN and OKN Junior chassis. The latter is now a driver in the Mercedes program, multiple European kart champion with Dino Chiesa's team, last year's winner of the Italian F4 title and the ADAC series, at the beginning of 2023 champion of the Formula Regional Middle East and currently protagonist in the Formula Regional European Championship.

AKM Motorsport by Kart Republic therefore doubles the commitment of AKM Motorsport in the Italian F4 Championship, in which it has been present continuously for four seasons, together with that of the Antonelli Motorsport team, a team led by Marco and engaged in the major GT series.
