HOMOLOGATION
The Le Mans chassis has been FIA Karting homologated under code 017-CH-60. For the new 2025 homologation cycle, Parolin Racing Kart has once again confirmed this model (as already done in 2022), extending its homologation validity until the end of 2027. Since 2018, FIA Karting regulations allow homologations to remain valid indefinitely, provided that the manufacturer pays an annual fee. (To find out more, read “Special | FIA approvals: what they are, what they are for, how long they last... The ultimate guide!”).

SINGLE GEAR

CATEGORY
The frame is homologated for use in both single-gear and multi-gear configurations, in two different versions featuring different tube combinations and bearing castles. Specifically, the single-gear variant of the Le Mans chassis has lower bearing castles and, of course, lacks the lower flange for mounting the shift lever. In general, however, we can say that, thanks to its softer structure compared to that of its “sibling,” the Parolin Invader—which features 32 mm diameter tubes—the Le Mans is better suited for single-speed categories.

TUBES DIAMETER
The Parolin Le Mans frame is built with 30 mm diameter, 2 mm thick steel alloy tubes for the side members and cross members. The front cross member, which connects the C-tubes, is instead made from a 32 mm diameter tube, also 2 mm thick.

WELDING
Like all Parolin Racing Kart chassis, the Le Mans is manufactured using a fully automated welding process.

ACCESSORIES
All components are branded Eurostar, the accessories line by Parolin Racing Kart. They are manufactured from lightweight aluminium alloy, while hubs and rims are supplied as standard in magnesium.

Article update of march 2026

As part of the FIA Karting homologation cycle for chassis (which also includes brakes, bodywork, and bumpers), valid for the 2025–2027 period, Parolin Racing Kart has confirmed the homologation of its flagship product for the Single Gear categories: the Le Mans. Over the 2022–2024 period, this chassis has repeatedly proven its worth on national and international race tracks, winning, among other achievements, the FIA Karting European Championship in the OKJ and OK categories in 2022 and 2023. These results confirm that the Le Mans is capable of effectively meeting the needs of both the CIK-FIA single-gear karting premier class and the Junior class. But that’s not all: in its debut year, the new 2025 model year Le Mans confirmed both the solidity of the design and the effectiveness of the updates introduced by Parolin Racing Kart, allowing Spanish driver Cristian Costoya to win the 2025 FIA Karting European Championship OK. A key feature of the Le Mans is the chassis geometry and the dimensions of its tubes: 30 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick for the side members and cross members, with the sole exception of the 32 mm front cross member. The new features for the 2025 model year, on the other hand, concern the components, starting with the new Eurostar AP Race 08 braking system and the DY-EVO front panel. But that’s not all. To take a closer look at how Parolin Racing Kart has pursued these goals—and to discover the other innovations introduced by the Italian manufacturer—we visited the company’s headquarters in Romano d’Ezzelino (in northeastern Italy), about 200 km east of Milan.

The 2025 Le Mans decal kit retains the brand’s traditional color scheme but features an updated design. The graphics now have cleaner, sharper lines, giving the overall look a more modern and legible appearance. White remains the dominant color in the livery, providing ample space for applying sponsor or partner logos.
